At the west end of Clay, AMTK 145 has the Zephyr making its way west on an clear signal. The train will meet a BNSF manifest at Plain.

Nick, you are right. The nose looks a bit longer on the lead unit. You are also correct that they are both the same model (P42DC) and are in fact identical in length.

Interesting comparison. These two units are the same, aren't they, but 145 looks longer. Due to the stripes no doubt.
