The last view of this interesting UP oil train with BNSF power comes at this short but long bridge at Watkins, CO. I'm not entirely sure if there is a creek here, or if this primarily a flood plain. If you know, feel free to share in the comments!

I have been around Watkins since the late sixties, and have seen water in Box Elder Creek only a handful of times, once when a friend got his pickup truck stuck about 1/2 mile north of the bridge...yep, we got wet.
