Two private cars bring up the rear of the Zephyr. 35 years ago, you could see cars like these two breezing by on the Moffat six days a week. They are veterans of the original California Zephyr, which ran until the formation of Amtrak in 1971.

Well, now we see why you were chasing around the western slope! A Dome Obs on the old Grande is pretty tall cotton.
