The eastbound Zephyr is departing Rocky on the main after meeting a westbound oil train and the westbound Zephyr, sitting in the siding. Winds gusting as high as 90 MPH in the previous 24 hours have taken their toll in area. Not the hood of the signal on the right side of the frame, blown off to the side on the face of the signal.
