The people gathered in this shot, just outside a massive cut made in the red rocks to accommodate the rails, are not here for the train. The tracks cross the Corona Arch trailhead, with the arch being the attraction these folks are after. However, even a non-railfan sometimes enjoys stopping to watch a once-weekly train roll by on the tracks.
