A brand new Boeing 737-8 MAX sits on on a flat car (without its wings, of course) on an eastbound Q-train in the siding at Tonville. The fuselage is headed to the Boeing assembly plant at Renton, southeast of Seattle, for final assembly. Interestingly, in this shot, an American Airlines plane is on final approach at Denver International Airport. It was too far away to identify, but if it is a 737, there is a good chance its fuselage may have once been on a train, right here at Tonville as well!

I work at Boeing in Wichita and watch these get loaded on to the train and travel through town on their way to Renton. Nice pic.
