As the MGRNY is arriving in Yard Track 6 at North Yard, we find a yard that is actually relatively empty. At least, compared to years past. The MGRNY is going to help fill the yard a bit. The train is long enough that it will have to be cut across two tracks (Track 6 and then also Track 5).
