On Easter Sunday, UP ran an eastbound OCS (Officer's Special) from Grand Junction, CO to Fraser, CO. The train did not have any passengers onboard, and was being relocated to Fraser for some special passengers that will board tomorrow (Monday). Here, the 12-car special rolls east at Sulphur with two very shiny C44ACMs leading. The second unit was originally delivered as an AC6000CW in November 2000.

The eastbound Zephyr is on the main track at Sulphur, along the headwaters of the Colorado River. The train met BNSF's westbound Denver-Provo manifest here at Sulphur.

A pair of SD70Ms lead 11 cars on a westbound UP officer's special, which was rumored to be carrying an executive vice president for the company. Alas, the sun was still hiding behind the clouds, preventing a great sunlit shot.
