After starting between Green River, WY and Ogden, UT, they were later moved to Cheyenne and ran on trains primarily between Cheyenne, WY and Laramie, WY over Sherman Hill. 60 years after leaving service, UP 4014 steams again as it departs west with a special to head toward Sherman Hill.
