Such was the case on this Thursday afternoon as an empty BNSF northbound enters the siding at Broomfield. The train is over 7,000 feet long and does not fit in the siding at Broomfield without cutting Nickel Street. Now that both trains it was meeting have passed, its time to rebuild and head to town. The second unit has to be just about the cleanest H2 units on the roster! It is one of the few SD75Ms on BNSFs roster to lose its Warbonnet scheme in favor on the Heritage 2 scheme. With the switch at the south end of Broomfield restored to normal position, the train is picking up speed now as it heads towards town.
