The daily Denver to Laurel manifest has a C40-8W on the point followed by a pair of SD75Ms. Not long ago, both of those SD75Ms were wearing a Warbonnet scheme. On this day, the train got a track warrant from Denver all the way to Boulder. This is rather rare as nearly every train has to at least stop in Broomfield to throw a switch! The train has a track warrant all the way to North Yard (in Fort Collins) and it is getting ready to roll in that direction! Internally, the unit is just an EMD SD60. However, there are no external walkways. You can walk alongside the prime mover inside the shell of the unit to get to the next unit. I'm not sure why the unit was there as power for the Buck Local typically comes from Longmont. In the distance, you can see the HPASSAG siting on the mainline waiting for a northbound.
