Both GP40-2s on the train are ex-Rio Grande geeps. Prior to being patched, UP 1359 (on the point) was DRGW 3118. The second unit, UP 1348, was DRGW 3126. The train is being led by a pair of GE AC's, the first of which was an AC6000CW until it was converted from 6,000 HP to 4,400 HP.
