Here is one such wide cab unit which I believe originated on a Canadian Line. Note the three class lights on either side of the number boards. It was involved in the derailment near American Furniture Warehouse on the Front Range Sub in June 2008. This switcher was being moved from Coors (in Golden) back to OmniTrax.
