There were lots of rolling hills covered in green making for some wonderful shots. Here, the P-Burg Local is about six miles east of Sidney. The P-Burg Local is about seven miles east (geographically south) of the east switch of the Steamboat Springs siding. A cold storm front makes its way into the Steamboat Valley in the distance, bringing temperature down to just above freezing! This train will stop at the west switch of Granby while it waits for maintenance crews between Tabernash and Winter Park. Dispatch 82 will even tell the crew that they can go into town and grab a drink if they'd like one as it will be a little while!
