UP's E-Units run east on the Moffat for only the second time ever on triple seven day (07-07-07). The valley of the Moffat Tunnel (and the Continental Divide) can be seen in the distance from this vantage point at Rollins.

The C44AC-CTE that was added to the consist of this OLS train is mostly obscured in this view of the train just west of Tunnel 1. The train is headed for Gering, NE (just south of Scottsbluff, NE) for its next Operation Lifesaver Duties.

UP's E-Units have been in Colorado for a few weeks working on various Operation Lifesaver trains. After spending a few days in the Steamboat area and a few more days in the Grand Junction area, the train is headed east on the Moffat (and then North on the Greeley Sub), ultimately headed for Nebraska. Here, the train is about to enter Tunnel 1.

Just west of Leyden, UP 951 has a clear signal at the west end of Leyden to continue toward Denver. The train will enter Bypass 2 and wait for a relief crew. From there, the train will head north toward Cheyenne, and east toward Nebraska.
