The westbound California Zephyr is running about 8 hours late as it approaches the east switch of Leyden shortly after 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The train was stopped for hours while running on BNSF's Ottumwa Subdivision near Woodburn, IA. Water levels had risen over the rails, causing the delay.
