The southbound HLAUDEN (Laurel, MT to Denver, CO) has a colorful consist! It'll enter the siding at Broomfield to meet a loaded Valmont train. New Years Eve and New Years Day slowed all trains down a bit! The QTACDEN always runs with auto racks up front and double stack in the back. The Valmont coal train is going to be dropping off its cars at the power plant and siding in Boulder. As a result, the Tacoma-Denver freight will be stopped at 63rd Street for about two hours to wait for the work to be completed.
