Crescent, coming in at "only" 5,550 feet long, which is not long enough for most of the coal train on the Moffat. But even manifest don't typically meet at Crescent due to the grade crossing located two thirds of the way through the siding (from the east end). It is a slow day on the Moffat and the first eastbound the Zephyr will meet will be its counterpart, the eastbound Zephyr, at Dotsero. Right now, the Zephyr is only running between Chicago and Salt Lake City. This is due to major flooding in Nevada that has caused a lot of washouts for Union Pacific.
