That's exactly what we see here, however, as this empty departs east out of the siding at Rocky after letting the Rocky Mountaineer overtake it. This train will load in the Powder River Basin in Wyoming, and then head west (loaded) on the Overland. The train is running on an Approach (yellow) signal, following behind the Rocky Mountaineer on an overcast April afternoon.
