The train is coming across the Coal Creek trestle. The stickers on GP40M #3005 indicate the unit is equipped with "Smart Start". If the unit idles for a long enough period, it will shut down to conserve fuel and reduce emissions, then auto-start again when it is moved out of idle. Note the blade pointing toward the sky on the left side of the picture. That is a clear signal for this train, and the signal will drop (quite literally) to red as the train passes.
