The unit was originally a GP10, but was rebuilt by Peoria Locomotive Works. The unit is owned by Chattahoochee Locomotive. The unit is apparently owned by Chattahoochee Locomotive. I have no idea why it is in Denver, when it arrived, when it is leaving, or where it is heading.
