Another westbound run of the GrandLuxe Limited at Blue Mountain. Seven GrandLuxe cars are actually placed on the end of Amtrak 5 for a slightly more luxurious trip west to Emeryville. The cars almost double the length of Amtrak, but it was still running with only two P42s on this morning.

Lovely shot there Kevin. I have always wanted to try the shots from the other side of the mountain across from the blue mountain road but I can never seem to find a way up to get towards the tunnel 1 area? Is that area accessible in any way?
