Twice a day, UP sends units over to the BNSF 31st Street Yard to pick up cars that are to be transferred from BNSF to UP. On this Saturday morning, two GP38-2's and a freshly painted GP15-1 take up the duty as they move past the BNSF roundhouse on the transfer track, headed for UP's 36th Street Yard.

The tail end of UP 1989. Those four stripes look extremely sharp. Great color scheme!
