And I was reminded of exactly why this year. Traveling on US-85 can be extremely aggravating at times. Some people will pace UP 844 and block traffic behind them. On this evening, I was one of the those being blocked. This pacing shot (which is by no means one of my best) was the closest to the head end of the train I could get from La Salle all the way down to Brighton! The use sets of five articulated spine cars whose original purpose was for trailers (piggy back). Here you can see how two blades fit on a set of five cars.
