The train used to run on Tuesday's and Thursday's, but thanks to the downturn in the economy, it now only regularly runs on Wednesday's (although it will run on Saturday's as an extra if business demands it). The MRONY heads down the main through Arvada (just east of Leyden) as the sun rapidly heads for the horizon in the western sky. The crew on board was being extremely safe, moving slowly through the Denver suburb, aware that cars were having a lot of trouble stopping!
