Loaded coal trains try not to stop between Tabernash and the Moffat Tunnel due to the steep grade. Trying to start on the grade can easily result in a broken coupler. This train is is creeping along at about 10 MPH at Vasquez Road in Winter Park.

Having dropped off all of its passengers at Winter Park, the Ski Train is now continue west toward Fraser and Tabernash to be wyed and wait for the trip back east.
