One of the yard jobs working in BNSF's 31st Street ran out of room on the yard lead and had to come out on Main One, crossing the Buck Main which leads to Union Station (to the left) or to North Yard (to the right).

This former Conrail unit is still in excellent condition (and is also the first I've shot since going digital), although it is now (patched) NS 6725, an SD60I. The unit was sitting near the engine house at BNSF's 38th street facilities.

This unit sulfur train, currently empty, is sitting in the siding at Broomfield to wait for a meet with a southbound. The third unit is CSX 4714, wearing the Dark Future paint scheme. It is quite a long way from home on this day!

An SD70MAC (phase 2 - note the flared radiators) was the third unit on the empty sulfur train on this Sunday. The train was stopped at Broomfield to wait for a southbound that was, at the time of this picture, just south of Fort Collins!
