Just before 8am on this September morning, an eastbound coal load has clear signals at Chemical. Within the next five to ten years, this location could change quite dramatically as there is talk of completing the "470" highway loop around Denver. Once the train reaches Pecos street, these swing helpers will be cut out by North Yard hostlers.
