Not too common to find a westbound tied down at Leyden, but track work up the hill prevented the train from going any further west. Now, right around sunset, a new crew has just been dropped off to take the train west. The train is the Colorado Springs Department of Utilities train, which used to have the cars lettered "CSDU".
