Although most of the sky is overcast, there is enough of a gap to the west to allow for some nice silhouette lighting to sneak through. The eastbound Zephyr must borrow a part of BNSF's yard in order to back into Union Station on the Passenger Lead. Note the conductor from the head end walking to throw a switch. Unfortunately, a freight train that departed on the Brush Sub ahead of Amtrak got stuck at a red signal, delaying Amtrak about 10 minutes. had the delay not occurred, the sunset would have been a bit more spectacular!
