How great would it be if BNSF decided to do another round of Warbonnet units? While that is unlikely to happen, at least it is still possible to catch an occasional Warbonnet such as on this day as one leads the Provo-Denver. However, there are still some Warbonnets out there whose paint is darn near perfect. Case-in-point is BNSF 786, leading the Provo-Denver during the first full week of March 2018. UP 4424, which happens to be on BNSF's Provo-Denver on this day, was one of 1000 SD70Ms originally ordered by Union Pacific. This SD70M will turn 17 this year.
