It would have been great to have this good looking Warbonnet on the point, but having it facing the "correct direction" as the sole DPU works too. That's good news for some lines out there, one of which is the UP Limon Sub. Other than a daily freight and a few locals, the Limon Sub is primarily supplied by coal trains. Fortunately, oil trains will hopefully help to bring traffic to a line that is seeing a decrease in coal. Here, an empty oil train heads west through Strasburg, about 35 miles east of Denver. In the distance, some kids play tag in the park, apparently indifferent to the quick-moving eastbound. UP 6358 was SP 313 until receiving its yellow patch over a decade ago on May 30, 2003.
