Often times when a westbound coal train must meet an eastbound at the siding of Plain (Plainview), Dispatch 82 will instruct the coal train to hold short of the grade crossing so as not to block cars in until the eastbound is close to Plain. Such is the case with this westbound, holding short of the grade crossing on a winter morning.
