For over a decade, the shot had become impossible due to trees that had grown, obstructing the view. However, the owner of the key tree blocking the shot decided to cut it down, opening the view back up! Here, UP's MNYRO is approaching 80th Avenue and the east switch of Leyden. Traffic on the line certainly isn't what it used to be as Rio Grande had trains 81, 95 and 103 all making trips between the same two yards. But now, Arvada has sprung up every which way around it. Regardless, this westbound UP manifest has a clear signal amongst the suburban development.
