My dad managed to get roster shots of nearly ever Rio Grande unit back in the late 1970's and early 1980's. Not a lot of shots come out of Carr because it is roughly halfway between US-85 and I-25 in northern Colorado, so it is a bit of a drive to get there! The empty came from the Nixon power plant south of Colorado Springs. It'll load at the North Antelope mine in the Powder River Basin in Wyoming.
