In November 2000, an accident took the siding out and it wasn't until March 14, 2006 that UP finally got the siding reopened. Now, the siding was lengthened by nearly 3000 feet at the same time, but it still took a very long time. After crossing the Colorado River on the bridge in the foreground, the train will enter the 647 foot-long Yarmony Tunnel.
