Rumor has it that CDOT (the Colorado Department of Transportation) has purchased the property. For exactly what reason, it is not clear. The roof of the main part of the building is gone, and most of the walls (and roof) of the secondary part of the building are also gone. Despite the private security, graffiti "artists" have managed to do quite a job on the buildings on the property. Including the "Graffiti Kings" tag along the top of the building. Most of the relevant parts have been auctioned off, but the piece of the crane that spans the ground between the rails still remains.
