UP has kept all seven units together on the Moffat working on coal trains. Here, the units are set up in a 5x2 configuration on a coal empty waiting to leave the yard later in the afternoon. The stored power tends to be older power (SD40-2s, for example). As a result, newer power is showing up on jobs that would have operated under older power not long ago. Here is a perfect example. An example was sitting in North Yard on the ready track on this particular afternoon. UP 2463 was delivered in 1992 as UP 6308.
