For decades, pedestrians and cyclists wanting to cross the tracks here at Broomfield, they would do so via a dirt path that had been created just from the traffic of people walking across the tracks and up or down the hill on the other side. In an effort to make this safer and more convenient, the City of Broomfield built this pedestrian overpass in 2020.
