UP has a few of them available in storage at Burnham (in Denver). The units tend to be older and most have been sitting in Burnham for at least a year. There are many C40-8Ws here and there is a string of SD90MACs in the distance. There units are the true 6000 HP units developed in the late 1990's. The switch to the Kountry Line is located off the Joint Line about 3 miles south of 20th Street. Here, the crew ties down the local and prepares to wait for a ride. BNSF's Beer Run just got into the yard and will have to enter the OS here at the east end to cut some cars. Hence the reason for the manifest holding here.
