The road leads to, among other things, the Fraser Tubing Hill. Another popular winter destination for people, particularly those that do not ski or snow board. It is currently around 20°F (-7°C). It just knocked down a clear (green) signal at the west switch of Fraser. You can see all the way back to Tabernash, way off in the distance. You can see the control point name, "DS016 Rocky" clearly on the signal control box here at the east end of Rocky. The train is disappearing around the bend into Barbara's Gulch. Not far ahead, the top speed for freight trains will increase, and the train should make good time from here on in to Denver.
