Not just the SD70M, but specifically the Phase 2 SD70M. It has the slightly slanted radiator intakes, similar to the SD45, but not quite as large as the SD70ACe. The manifest, UP's MGRNY originated in Green River, WY and is headed for North Yard. The military train is going to have to run south through North Yard as well, so I am not sure why the military train is being run around. The LEDs are more reliable, more energy efficient, and far brighter. As you can see, similar to LED stoplights, any one color is actually composed of dozens of LED lights. The bridge over US-85 has been complete. However, as you can clearly see, the new overpass crossing the tracks has not yet be built. The project is slated to be completely in late 2023. Back in June, when runoff and early summer rain was at record levels, the South Platte completely covered all the sand you see in this shot. Now, getting in to fall, and the river has receded.
