Presumably, the Rocky Moutaineer has contract with UP to do some work on the units. You can see RMRX 8020 with several doors on its long hood open. In addition to being the north end of North Yard, the main track for UP's Moffat Tunnel Sub and the main track for BNSF's Front Range Sub both cross UP's Belt Industrial Lead which leads to UP's Greeley Sub. A crazy number of tracks, switches, and signals are at this control point. Here, a red signal protects the diamond where BNSF's Front Range Sub and UP's Belt Industrial Lead cross.
