The unit was part of the consist on the HLAUDEN on BNSF's Front Range Sub. The train was stopped and tied down on the siding at Broomfield. The train was stopped at Broomfield to wait for a southbound that was, at the time of this picture, just south of Fort Collins! Built in the 1970's, CSX is one of the only class one railroads to still have active U-Boats on the roster. One of these rare units, CSX B36-7 #5867, made an appearance in Colorado on the MLAUDEN.
